July 16 is the feast day of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. This is one of my favourite Marian feast and this is my very first time to attend her feast day in her national shrine which is the Basilica Minore of San Sebastian. It was a stormy day which gave us heavier rains during the late afternoon till evening. Bishop Federico O.
